This church in Lunenburg has a long and amazing history. The original was built in the 1750s and stood until a terrible fire just a few years ago. It was rebuilt with such care that it looks just like it did before the fire.

#48 Childhood Favorite

A long long time ago I played with my Barbie

art book, a sweet little Nova Scotian Tartan purse and my favorite toy horse "Flame". Some how I replace the book with a camera, the purse with a newer one. I have a real horse in my back yard. I just can't grow up!

I was in a Photographer's studio and saw this pattern on his wall. It is easy to see what it is but stare at it awhile and what do you see?.

I used my telephoto lens, 40-150mm, a long exposure and a tripod. There is earthshine on the moon so you can see the whole shape of the moon.

The Cape Lahave is in Lahave unloading its scallop catch.

A crisp temperature of minus 15c makes the sky, water and boat

a beautiful clear blue.

is to protect
the sand and dunes
from washing into the sea.
Many storms have
damaged the
beach in the past.

in 1998.

bloodhound and

in the woods

or on the windy cold beaches!
